State of Mind | Breathing

State of Mind a series of films looking into the activities we do to manage our mental health. As awareness has grown over recent years it has become more mainstream to discuss mental health in public channels.

It has also been known to help aid immune system, manage pain and reduce blood pressure. Breath work is a powerful tool to help manage the mind. Controlled breathing is a proven positive technique which can help people in their daily lives.
